Common use of Effectiveness of Assignment Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of Assignment. Following the execution of this Assignment and Acceptance by the Assignor, the Assignor Managing Agent, the Assignee, the Assignee Managing Agent [and the Borrower], it will be delivered to the Deal Agent for acceptance and recording by the Deal Agent. The effective date of this Assignment and Acceptance shall be the date of acceptance thereof by the Deal Agent, unless otherwise specified in Section 3 of the signature page hereto (the “Effective Date”).
