The customer also acknowledges the impossibility of Videotron exercising permanent and effective control over the content of the customer’s Web pages. Accordingly, the customer undertakes to exercise this control himself or herself. However, Videotron reserves the right to monitor, from time to time, the content of the customer’s personal or corporate Web pages and disclose the information necessary to comply with the law, a regulation or any court order.
