Effectiveness of Facsimile Signatures. Signatures on communications may be transmitted by facsimile; provided that the Administrative Agent may, in its sole and absolute discretion in each instance, require the delivery of originally executed signature pages. The effectiveness of any such facsimile signatures accepted by Administrative Agent shall, subject to applicable Law, have the same force and effect as manual signatures and shall be binding on all Borrower Parties and Administrative Agent and Lenders. Administrative Agent may also require that any such facsimile signature be confirmed by a manually-signed hardcopy thereof; provided, however, that the failure to request any such manually-signed hardcopy confirmation shall not affect the effectiveness of any facsimile signatures.
