Common use of Effectiveness of Procurement Plan Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of Procurement Plan. The initial Procurement Plan shall become effective on the Effective Date. Updates to the initial Procurement Plan shall become effective on the date of approval by ADB and shall supersede the immediately preceding Procurement Plan upon that date.
