Phase Two. Contract Year 4 and 5: At least one exploration well to be agreed by the Government before entering into Phase-II along with corresponding work units. The above Work Units shall be accomplished at any time prior to the end of respective Phase of the Initial Term.
Phase Two. Contractor will conduct listening campaign to hear the community members’ thoughts, look for common goals, and set realistic expectations.

Phase Two. 4.1 Phase Two shall commence 30 days after Augrid shall give the Phase Two Notice and shall order and pay the deposit for the Phase Two Machine in accordance with the Machinery Lease Agreement. The Phase Two Notice may not be given more than six months after Phase One Completion. If the Phase Two Notice is given before Phase One Completion, the costs incurred by Augrid in respect of Phase Two shall be at the risk of Augrid in the event of failure of Phase One.
4.2 Augrid may not give the Phase Two Notice unless it has available to it financial resources to fund all expenditures envisaged in Phase Two as set out in the form of notice in Schedule 3 and has attached confirmation from a bank acceptable to Ceravision confirming the availability of such resources.
4.3 During Phase Two, Augrid shall provide premises, facilities, machinery (other than the Phase Two Machine), labour and all other requirements for the establishment and commissioning of the Pilot Line. Augrid shall use its best endeavours to establish and commission the Pilot Line within six (6) months after the delivery of the Phase Two Machine.
4.4 During Phase Two, Ceravision shall produce or procure the production of detailed specifications, initial or indicative prices and terms for supply of Proprietary Components in and after Phase Three. The parties shall endeavour to negotiate reasonable terms for such supply. The parties recognise that Proprietary Components are necessary for a technically proper exploitation of the licensed Technology. Augrid agrees to buy all its requirements for Proprietary Components from Ceravision or its nominated supplier and Ceravision shall use reasonable endeavours to make such supplies available to Augrid.
4.5 For the avoidance of doubt, and notwithstanding the generality of Clause 8, all Intellectual Property and Technology developed during Phase Two, whether relating to the Prototypes or not, shall belong exclusively to Ceravision, or such of its Associates in which it vests by operation of law.
Phase Two. After mutually agreed upon notes and comments regarding the “first draft” by both parties, PMW shall complete a “final draft” production ready shooting script to client.
Phase Two. Design ▪ This is where we start on the design for your website. ▪ Phase Two concludes when we contact you to review the design. PHASE THREE: Review ▪ We will forward you a URL where you can look at the design and give us your feedback. ▪ We will make the requested edits from the review phase within reason. These are limited to minor changes such as, changing an image, editing text, or other edits that we agree to. Major changes may incur an additional design fee, which will be discussed before we proceed. ▪ Phase Three concludes when we have received your feedback, understand it, and agree with it.
Phase Two. Phase Two will involve ongoing collaboration between all Parties at the administrative, senior official, and elected levels to identify items that require involvement from Ministries other than Municipal Affairs. As described in the Framework Agreement, items for completion in this phase include: • The development of a regulatory review forum that will facilitate dialogue between the Cities and other provincial ministries about regulatory barriers to planning and development or business issues. Agreements emanating from this forum may be incorporated into the Charters. • The identification of partner ministries, discussion of issues, and the development of appropriate mechanisms to provide increased authority or flexibility to the Cities related to the following areas: o clarifying roles and responsibilities on a range of social policy issues including, but not limited to, affordable housing, policing, poverty reduction, urban Aboriginal issues, settlement of immigrants, community services and seniors. o engaging in broader discussions to achieve a cross-ministry resolution to planning policy issues including municipal and environmental reserves historic resources, and development levies. o clarifying roles and responsibilities, and enhancing the Cities’ input into the development of legislative instruments in a number of policy areas including land, air, water, waste, environmental monitoring, xxxxxxxxxx remediation and governance. o engaging in discussions on local electricity generation, energy efficiency and conservation and other regulatory matters that impact the decision-making authority of the Cities. o identifying and resolving inconsistencies among municipal and provincial transportation policies and strategies that support effective and integrated transportation and transit networks. o engaging in discussions to advance the economic prosperity of Alberta and the role that the Parties have in supporting this prosperity and enhancing competitiveness. It is anticipated that all Phase Two work will be completed with appropriate mechanisms in place no later than the fall of 2015.
