Common use of Effectiveness of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Effectiveness of Waiver. The waiver provided in Section 2 above shall become effective on and as of the date (such date the “Waiver Effective Date”) that the Administrative Agent shall have received counterparts to this Waiver duly executed by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, and the Required Lenders.
