Effects of Suspension. During the period of suspension of payments the beneficiary is not entitled to submit any requests for payments and supporting documents referred to in Articles I.4. 1. The suspension of payments does not affect the right of the beneficiary to suspend the implementation of the action as provided for in Article II.16.1 or to terminate the Agreement as provided for in Article II.17.1.
