Fee Increase. The Construction Manager shall not be entitled to additional Fee for delays in the Work caused by the Owner. The Construction Manager may receive additional General Conditions for verifiable increased expenses if delays in the Work caused by the Owner result in a delay of the Final Completion Date, as determined by the Owner.
Fee Increase. The pricing of any fee during any renewal term may increase up to 8% above the applicable pricing in the prior term, unless we provide you notice of different pricing at least 60 days prior to the applicable renewal term.
Fee Increase. Any increase in a Service Fee will be limited by Comdisco to a maximum of six percent (6%) per year per Schedule. Increases are effective on the annual anniversary of the Commencement Date of each Schedule.

Delek-Big Sandy anx Xxxek Refining shall use their reasonable commercial efforts to comply with these laws and regulations, and shall negotiate in good faith to mitigate the impact of these laws and regulations and to determine the amount of increase to the Throughput Fees or the Storage Fee. If Delek-Big Sandy anx Xxxek Refining are unable to agree, the amount of such fee increases will be determined by arbitration in accordance with Section 30(d).
Fee Increase. TE shall have the right to increase the recurring service charges set forth in the Service Agreement, upon written notice to Customer (which may be given via Customer invoices), at any time or times after the date service is operative under the Agreement. Customer agrees to notify TE of any objection to such increase in writing within 20 days after the date of the notice of increase, failing which it shall be conclusively presumed that Customer has agreed to such increase. In the event Customer objects to such increase, TE may elect, at its option, to (i) continue the Agreement under the terms and conditions in effect immediately prior to such increase, without notice to Customer, or (ii) terminate the Agreement upon 15 days written notice to Customer.
Fee Increase. Any fee increase Elavon makes, other than in accordance with pre-determined fee schedules, if any, will be effective 90 days after Company receives notice thereof.

During the period of an order and subject to any terms agreed in the order, Caseware Africa may increase the fees during each successive period of 12 calendar months calculated from the effective date, subject to one calendar month’s prior written notice to customer. At the end of the initial period of this agreement or any order, and before any applicable automatic renewal, Caseware Africa may otherwise increase the fees and charges applicable under this agreement or any order.

If, during the Term, new laws or regulations are enacted that require Delek-Big Xxxxx to make substantial and unanticipated capital expenditures (other than maintenance capital expenditures) with respect to the Terminal, Delek-Big Xxxxx may increase the Terminalling Service Fee or the Storage Fee, as applicable, to cover the cost of complying with these laws or regulations. Delek-Big Xxxxx and Delek Refining shall use their reasonable commercial efforts to comply with these laws and regulations, and shall negotiate in good faith to mitigate the impact of these laws and regulations and to determine the amount of increase to the Terminalling Service Fee or the Storage Fee. If Delek-Big Xxxxx and Delek Refining are unable to agree, the amount of such fee increases will be determined by arbitration in accordance with Section 29(d).
Fee Increase. Luware shall be entitled to increase the fees prior to the beginning of each subsequent Subscription Term in accordance with clause 5.4 above.
