EIM Transmission Service and Resource Registry Information. The EIM Entity shall populate and update a registry established by the CAISO for EIM purposes with the static network topology information of its Balancing Authority Area, non-participating resources, and loads in accordance with the CAISO Tariff and Business Practice Manuals. The EIM Entity is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this information.
