EITS Governance Forums. The Government will identify certain governance forums that it expects to establish with the EITSI in this PWS and in any Call Orders. The Contractor shall document and maintain information on all EITS Governance Forums in the SMM, which shall at a minimum include: charters, cadence, purpose, scope, participants, roles, authority and decision rights, escalation paths, reporting, other logistics, and key success indicators. Although each forum has its own unique purpose and scope, there are interrelationships among them, including information sharing and escalation. In general, information sharing and escalation begins at the operational level, then to the management level and finally to the strategic level. The Contractor shall document the specific information sharing and escalation relationships within the processes for EITS Governance in the SMM. 5.2.2.2.1 Relational Forums (notional)
