Government Quality Assurance. The Government shall assess Contractor performance under this contract IAW the QASP. The QASP defines Government roles and responsibilities for quality assurance, types of work and required outcomes (as defined by the performance metrics), Government evaluation methods used for assessing Contractor performance, and the frequency of surveillance. In addition, the QASP provides Surveillance Activity Checklists and Corrective Action Request (CAR) forms the Government will use to document and evaluate Contractor’s performance to ensure compliance with accepted work and safety plans. As directed in the task order QASP, the Government will evaluate the work performance in terms of how well the Contractor satisfies the requirements of the contract, the extent to which the Contractor performs work IAW its technical proposal, clarity of documentation, and Contractor’s timely accomplishment of work The Government may conduct QA inspections at any time on all phases and types of work performed. If any Government QA review identifies a process/work product failure or identifies noncompliance with safety practices, the COR shall issue the Contractor a Contract Deficiency Report (CDR).

Government Quality Assurance. The Government will evaluate the contractor’s performance in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for Contactor Services. This plan provides a systematic method for the Government to evaluate performance and to ensure that the Contractor has performed in accordance with the performance standards. It defines how the performance standards will be applied, the frequency of surveillance, and the minimum acceptable defect rate(s). Government may update the QASP and adopt new or different surveillance methods at its sole discretion.
Government Quality Assurance. 9.1 Government surveillance shall be done in accordance with standard inspection procedures (FAR 52.246, Quality Assurance, provisions and clauses for FAR Part 46), including review of submittals, service requests, customer comments or complaints, and observation of services performed or products supplied. 9.2 Customer Input will also be used as a method of surveillance. The Government will use customer input as a factor for Contractor’s Performance Rating. 9.3 Quality Assurance (QA) includes visual observation of mechanical, custodial and ground maintenance work. Separate inspections will occur for each service request work. The customer may or may not be involved with 9.4 Minimum requirements for each major task is as follows:
Government Quality Assurance. The Government will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this contract in accordance with the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). The Government’s QASP will address what deliverables are identified for surveillance and the method and surveillance periodicity to ensure the quality of deliverables as outlined in this PWS. The QASP addresses what will be reviewed and will outline actions to be taken by the Contractor and identify areas requiring remedial action. The Government will provide the Contractor with a copy of the Government’s QASP. Notwithstanding the Government’s QASP, the Contractor is not relieved from having their own Quality Control Plan (QCP)/Program to ensure compliance with the QASP and to address quality issues during contract performance.
Government Quality Assurance. The Government will monitor the Contractor's performance using the quality assurance procedures specified in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP).
Government Quality Assurance. The Government reserves the right to establish and maintain a Quality Assurance program in accordance with “GOVERNMENT QUALITY ASSURANCE,” clause E.4, and the provisions of the clause. The Government may request Quality Control Reports from the Contractor at any time during the course of a Task Order and the Contractor shall deliver them within five (5) working days of the request.
Government Quality Assurance. (1) The Parties acknowledge the need to assure the quality of the deliverables for the FSP. (2) The Parties shall consult to determine the scope and nature of any Government Quality Assurance services that may be sought by Australia from France in relation to the FSP. France shall, if requested by Australia, provide the Government Quality Assurance services on a fair and reasonable basis. The Government Quality Assurance shall be provided under the instruments referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article. (3) The Parties shall, when necessary, revise the existing Arrangement between the Australian Department of Defence and the Minister of Defence of the French Republic for the Provision of Government Quality Assurance Services, which came into effect on 9 July 2009, which may result in the conclusion of a new replacement instrument relating to Government Quality Assurance.

Government Quality Assurance. 1. The Seller agrees that in cases where the Buyer uses the Goods in their own or along with their final products within the so-called Public Procurement, the Goods may be subject to the Government Quality Assurance in accordance with Act no. 309/2000 Coll., regarding the Defence Standardisation, Codification and Government Quality Assurance of National Defence Products and Services and on the Amendment to the Trade Law as amended, EN ISO 9001 standards or ČOS 051672 (until 9/2018 also ČOS 051622 standards), or the standards that may replace the standards specifically set forth herein. 2. Definition of the scope of the Government Quality Assurance is addressed in a separate annex to the Purchase Contract.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Quality Assurance The parties endorse the underlying principles of the Company’s Quality Management System, which seeks to ensure that its services are provided in a manner which best conforms to the requirements of the contract with its customer. This requires the Company to establish and maintain, implement, train and continuously improve its procedures and processes, and the employees to follow the procedures, document their compliance and participate in the improvement process. In particular, this will require employees to regularly and reliably fill out documentation and checklists to signify that work has been carried out in accordance with the customer’s specific requirements. Where necessary, training will be provided in these activities.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Quality Assurance Program An employee shall be entitled to leave of absence without loss of earnings from her or his regularly scheduled working hours for the purpose of writing examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario arising out of the Quality Assurance Program.

  • Quality Assurance Requirements There are no special Quality Assurance requirements under this Agreement.

  • Money Market Fund Compliance Testing and Reporting Services Subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel, and in accordance with procedures that may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator, the Administrator will:
