  • No Additional Rights Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to confer any rights upon COMPANY by implication, estoppel, or otherwise as to any technology or patent rights of M.I.T. or any other entity other than the PATENT RIGHTS, regardless of whether such technology or patent rights shall be dominant or subordinate to any PATENT RIGHTS.

  • No Weapons or Firearms Except as provided by statute and District policy, all District properties are weapons- and firearms-free zones; Contractor is prohibited from possessing on its persons or in its vehicles any weapons or firearms while on District property.

  • Options or Other Rights There is no outstanding right, subscription, warrant, call, unsatisfied preemptive right, option or other agreement of any kind to purchase or otherwise to receive from the Company or any Seller any of the outstanding, authorized but unissued, unauthorized or treasury shares of the capital stock or any other security of the Company, and there is no outstanding security of any kind convertible into such capital stock.

  • No Unlawful Contributions or Other Payments Neither the Company nor any of its subsidiaries nor, to the best of the Company’s knowledge, any employee or agent of the Company or any subsidiary, has made any contribution or other payment to any official of, or candidate for, any federal, state or foreign office in violation of any law or of the character required to be disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Prospectus or the Prospectus.

  • Personal Rights The rules, regulations and requirements of employment shall be limited to matters pertaining to the work requirements of each employee. Employees will not be asked or required to do personal services for members of the Board which are not connected with the operation of the Employer.
