Elected Employee Representative. An Elected Employee Representative/Union Delegate shall, upon notification to the Company, be recognised as the accredited representative of the Employees and, if an Employee seeks representation by the representative, that representative will be allowed reasonable time during working hours to submit to the Company employment related matters affecting the Employees they represent.
