Common use of Election Acts Clause in Contracts

Election Acts. An employee will be allowed four (4) clear hours to vote in accordance with the provisions of the Canada Elections Act and the Provincial Elections Act of British Columbia. The time allowed to vote shall be at the convenience of the Employer in consideration of operational requirements.
