Common use of Election and Term of Office Clause in Contracts

Election and Term of Office. The names and titles of the initial Officers of the Company, as of the date of this Agreement, are set forth on Exhibit B hereto. Thereafter, the Officers of the Company shall be elected annually by the Board at the regular meeting of the Board held after the annual meeting of the Members or at such time and for such term as the Board shall determine. Each Officer shall hold office until such Person’s successor shall have been duly elected and shall have qualified or until such Person’s death or until he or she shall resign or be removed pursuant to Section 7.14.
