Election between Plan Area Fee Credits. Reimbursements. Except as otherwise provided in the Infrastructure Financing Plan, Developer shall be entitled to elect between Plan Area Fee credits and reimbursements, or direct an apportionment between the two, from the Plan Area Fee Program, but shall only be entitled to reimbursements when funds are available for reimbursement through any eligible funding source as identified within the Plan Area Fee Program.
