Common use of Election of Additional Contributions to the Indiana Public Retirement System Clause in Contracts

Election of Additional Contributions to the Indiana Public Retirement System. (“INPRS”) The School Corporation will participate in the Indiana Public Retirement System (“INPRS”) plan that allows additional contributions to the defined contributions portion of the teacher retirement plan. These additional contributions beyond the mandated three percent (3%) contribution will be pursuant to the regulations of the INPRS.
