Additional Deductions. Should at least seventy-five (75) faculty members desire to have other deductions made from their salary for any purpose whatsoever, they shall present through the Association a petition indicating the signatures of those authorizing the deduction to the Superintendent. The Association, representing faculty members, shall have the right to review, study, select, and recommend to the Superintendent the name of the agent, carrier, or underwriter and indicate the reason and nature of the deduction. However, when participation in any deduction by those enrolled drops below twenty-five (25), the deduction will cease with the beginning of the next school year and not be available for one (1) full year following the cessation. This provision for cessation of deduction does not apply to the Tax Sheltered Annuity Programs that may be added by this procedure.
Additional Deductions. The Sheriff shall provide the Union with additional payroll deductions for the purpose of the Union providing additional member benefits. No payroll deductions shall be made for these benefits without prior written approval of the member.
Additional Deductions. Upon appropriate written authorization from the teacher, the Board shall deduct from the salary of any teacher and make appropriate remittance for annuities, credit union, and other plans or programs jointly approved by the Association and Board.
Additional Deductions. Payroll deductions shall be made available to those employees who desire payroll deductions for any of the following purposes: Union dues and/or fees; tax sheltered annuities; the Stoneham Federal Credit Union.
Additional Deductions. The Board agrees to deduct from Teachers' salaries money for local, state, and national association services and programs as said Teachers individually and voluntarily authorize the Board to deduct and to transmit the monies promptly to such association or associations. Any teacher may have the deductions discontinued at any time upon sixty (60) days written notice to the Board and the appropriate association, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Additional Deductions. The employer agrees to deduct from employees' salaries the premium payment for any group insurance made available to members of the bargaining unit through General Membership Services when requested in writing by the Employee. Additionally, the employer agrees to provide a payroll deduction for Massachusetts Federal Credit Union or its successor when requested in writing by the employee to do so. Payroll deduction shall be made available to those employees who wish to participate in the Union sponsored Committee on Political Education.
Additional Deductions. The following voluntary deductions may also be authorized by teachers:
a. Teacher’s Retirement e. Insurance
b. Tax Sheltered Annuity f. Savings Bonds
c. Credit Union g. PAC deductions d. United Fund
Additional Deductions. In the event that either Party in good faith incurs a Cost related to the development, manufacture, testing, promotion, marketing, sale, or distribution of MS-325 or any corresponding Licensed Product, other than General and Administrative Expenses, and such Cost is either (i) not subject to the sharing of Development Costs pursuant to Section 7.5.3; or (ii) not deductible under the definitions of either Costs of Goods Sold or Sales and Marketing Costs, then (a) if the Cost relates to development it shall be treated as a Development Cost; (b) if the Cost relates to manufacturing or testing it shall be treated as a Cost of Goods Sold; and (c) if the Cost relates to an activity other than development, manufacturing or testing, it shall be treated as a Sales and Marketing Cost if it relates to the United States. Any disputes between the Parties concerning the deductibility of expenses pursuant to this Section 7.13 shall be resolved by the Joint Steering Committee.
Additional Deductions. The Employer agrees to make additional deductions, if so desired by the employee, for any Savings Plan, including Credit Unions.
Additional Deductions. In addition to the payroll deductions required by law, the following agencies are eligible for payroll deductions. All requests for deductions must be in writing on approved authorization forms. The list of approved deductions is as follows: • Federal credit unions • Other credit unions approved by C. E.
