Common use of ELECTION; TENURE Clause in Contracts

ELECTION; TENURE. The Chairman of the Board, the President, the Treasurer, the Secretary and such other officers as the Trustees may in their discretion from time to time elect shall hold office until their respective successors are chosen and qualified, or in each case until he or he sooner dies, resigns, is removed or becomes disqualified. Each officer shall hold office and each agent shall retain authority at the pleasure of the Trustees.
