Electric Heaters Sample Clauses

The 'Electric Heaters' clause sets out the rules and requirements regarding the use, installation, or provision of electric heaters within a property or under a contract. Typically, this clause may specify whether electric heaters are permitted, outline safety standards that must be met, or assign responsibility for maintenance and compliance with local regulations. For example, it might prohibit the use of portable electric heaters in certain areas or require that only fixed, professionally installed units are allowed. The core function of this clause is to ensure safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance, thereby reducing the risk of fire hazards and disputes over heating provisions.
