ELECTRIC LIGHT BULBS. You agree to supply your apartment with electric light bulbs and fuses at the time you move in. Should battery activated Smoke Detectors be supplied, you agree to maintain and replace same.
ELECTRIC LIGHT BULBS. At the time the TENANT moves in, the OWNER will supply the apartment with electric light bulbs, fuses, and fluorescent starters. The TENANT agrees to furnish replacements thereafter and leave them upon vacating.

ELECTRIC LIGHT BULBS. The Landlord shall furnish electric light bulbs in the fixtures and fuses in any panel box at the time the Tenant takes possession of the Premises, but not thereafter. Upon termination of the tenancy, the Tenant shall be responsible for ensuring that all electric light bulbs and fuses are in place and in an operable condition.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)

  • Electrical Power Corporation shall provide Contractor with convenient access to electrical power required to perform the work. The electrical outlets used by Contractor shall be those designated or approved by Corporation.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.
