TECHNOLOGICAL AND OTHER CHANGES 29.01 Without restricting its right to determine the methods by which municipal services are to be provided, the Corporation agrees that no employee shall be laid off or have his employment terminated as a result of a technological change in methods.
FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel. If COUNTY funds equipment as part of this contract, COUNTY will retain Equipment.
Utilities and Other Services 4.4.1 The Tenant shall arrange, at its own cost and expense, for the installation, connection and supply of all utilities and any other services required by it at or in relation to the Premises.
Contract and other writing(s) setting forth the final agreements, clarifications and terms between the Bid Documents and Contractor’s Bid. In the latter circumstance, clarifications must specifically note in writing what was offered by the Contractor and what was accepted by the State. If not, such clarifications shall be considered last in the order of precedence under this paragraph.
PROVISION OF BULLETIN BOARD SPACE AND OTHER FACILITIES 8.1 The Council will continue its present practice whereby it provides bulletin board space for the posting of Association notices pertaining to such matters, but not limited to, elections, appointments and social and recreational affairs. Such notices will continue to be subject to the approval of the Council.

Rent and Other Charges Base Rent, Taxes, Operating Expenses, and any other amounts which Tenant is or becomes obligated to pay Landlord under this Lease or other agreement entered into in connection herewith, are sometimes herein referred to collectively as "Rent," and all remedies applicable to the non-payment of Rent shall be applicable thereto. Network Elements and Other Services Manual Additive 2.13.5.1 The Commissions in some states have ordered per-element manual additive non- recurring charges (NRC) for Network Elements and Other Services ordered by means other than one of the interactive interfaces. These ordered Network Elements and Other Services manual additive NRCs will apply in these states, rather than the charge per LSR. The per-element charges are listed on the Rate Tables in Exhibit C.
