Common use of ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE Clause in Contracts

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. The Seller shall at the Seller's own expense furnish a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations in the Property in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Occupational, Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1983. Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser prior to the Date of Possession.

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. 14.1 The Seller seller shall at the Sellerseller's own expense furnish a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations in on the Property unit in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Occupational, Health Machinery and Occupational Safety Act No. 85 6 of 1983. Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser purchaser prior to the Date date of Possessionpossession.

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. 19.1 The Seller SELLER shall at the Seller's SELLER'S own expense furnish a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations in the Property PROPERTY in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Occupational, Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1983. Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser PURCHASER prior to the Date of PossessionDATE OF POSESSION.

Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser PURCHASER prior to the Date of PossessionDATE OF POSSESSION.

Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser prior to the Date of PossessionAnticipated Completion Date.

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. 19.1 The Seller SELLER shall at the Seller's SELLER'S own expense furnish a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations in the Property PROPERTY installed by the SELLER, in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Occupational, Health and Safety Act No. 85 5 of 19831993. Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser conveyancers prior to the Date of PossessionDATE OF POSSESSION.

ELECTRICAL CERTIFICATE. 21.1 The Seller shall at the Seller's own expense furnish a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations in the Property in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Occupational, Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1983. Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser prior to the Date of PossessionOccupation.

The Seller shall at the Seller's ’s own expense furnish a certificate of compliance from an accredited person in respect of all electrical installations in the Property UNIT in accordance with the requirements of the Electrical Installation Regulations made under the Occupational, Health and Safety Act No. 85 of 1983. Such certificate shall be delivered to the Purchaser prior to the Date of PossessionTransfer.
