ELECTRICAL CONSUMPTION CALCULATION. If Tenant's electrical requirements exceed power designed to be provided to the Premises, in order to accurately calculate the power consumed by Tenant, Landlord at its option may require Tenant to install at Tenant's cost a check meter. When no meter is required a survey of Tenant's electrical consumption will be made at Tenant's expense.
