Common use of Electrical inspections Clause in Contracts

Electrical inspections. We will periodically inspect electrical wiring and installations that the Council has a statutory duty to inspect and maintain. You must provide access for this and for any repairs that are required. We will apply for an injunction through the courts if you refuse access. If access is refused after an injunction is obtained we will ask the court to make a possession order. The court costs can be passed onto you.
