Common use of Electrical Safety Clause in Contracts

Electrical Safety. Boat Owner agrees to the following Rules/Guidelines: a. No swimming in the marina or near the boat slips at any time. b. All vessels that utilize power must be equipped with ground fault protection on all electrical systems. c. Extension cords must be commercially manufactured, National Marine Electronics Association Compliant, continuous, and kept out of the water at all times.
