Access Right. Buyer grants to Seller a limited, nontransferable, nonexclusive, revocable (at Buyer’s discretion) right to access the Boeing Systems electronically solely during the term of this Contract and solely to the extent authorized in writing by Buyer and necessary for Seller to perform this Contract. Seller shall not access or use the Boeing Systems for any other purpose. This provision does not grant to Seller any ownership interest in, or any express or implied license or right to, any of the Proprietary Information and Materials or to any software or intellectual property rights owned by Buyer or any third party. SELLER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT BUYER MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO RELIABILITY OF THE BOEING SYSTEMS. Seller shall not remove any restrictive legends or markings in the Proprietary Information and Materials or Boeing Systems. To the fullest extent consistent with applicable law, Xxxxx has the right to monitor, record, retrieve and disclose to others (including, but not limited to, law enforcement officials) all information, including the content of communications, related to any Electronic Access by Seller and Seller Personnel. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller hereby understands and agrees that it has no expectation of privacy in the use of Boeing Information Systems and that such use is at all times and in all circumstances fully subject to the consents, including those to monitoring and disclosure, provided in the Boeing warning banner and applicable written Boeing policy.

Access Right. A Participating Generator shall, at the request of the ISO and upon reasonable notice, provide access to its facilities (including those relating to communications, telemetry and direct control requirements) as necessary to permit the ISO or an ISO approved meter inspector to perform such testing as is necessary (i) to test the accuracy of any meters upon which the Participating Generator’s compensation is based, or performance is measured, or (ii) to test the Participating Generator’s compliance with any performance standards pursuant to subsection 5.4 hereof.
Access Right. Customer will in a timely manner allow AT&T to access property and equipment that Customer controls as reasonably required to provide the Services, and Customer will obtain, at Customer’s expense, timely access for AT&T to property that Customer does not control (other than public property) as reasonably required to provide the Services. Access rights include the right to construct, install, repair, maintain, replace and remove access lines and network facilities, as well as to use ancillary equipment space within a building, as necessary for Customer’s connection to AT&T’s network. Customer must provide AT&T timely information and access to Customer’s facilities and equipment as AT&T reasonably requires to provide the Services, subject to Customer’s reasonable security policies. Customer will furnish any conduit, holes, wireways, wiring, plans, equipment, space, power/utilities, and other items reasonably required to perform installation of the Services, and obtain any necessary licenses, permits and consents (including easements and rights-of-way). Customer will have the Site ready for AT&T to perform its work according to a mutually agreed schedule.
Access Right. Subject to the terms and conditions herein and Customer’s payment of fees, Kyriba hereby grants to Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable (except as expressly permitted by this Agreement) right to access and use Kyriba’s software as a service solution and related support services (collectively, the “SaaS Services”) to the extent set forth in the applicable Order Schedules and in accordance with the online documentation provided with the SaaS Services (“Documentation”) for its internal business purposes, including processing its data and the data of its subsidiaries and affiliates or in the case of supply chain finance subscription to sell and purchase supplier invoices. Customer acknowledges and agrees that only employees, supplier or service providers of Customer who have been assigned a unique user name and password and issued a service token to access and use the SaaS Services (each a “User” and collectively “Users”) are entitled to access the SaaS Services. Customer shall be responsible for each User’s access and use of the SaaS Services and compliance with applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement.

AT&T will coordinate with and, except in an emergency, obtain Customer’s consent to enter upon Customer’s property and premises, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Access rights mean the right to construct, install, repair, maintain, replace and remove access lines and network facilities and the right to use ancillary equipment space within a building for Customer’s connection to AT&T’s network. Customer must provide AT&T timely information and access to Customer’s facilities and equipment as AT&T reasonably requires for the Services, subject to Customer’s reasonable security policies. Without limiting the restrictions set forth in Section III.3, Customer understands and agrees that Customer may not use the SaaS Services to process data of a third party for hire, or cause the SaaS Services to be accessed by any third party.
Access Right. Subject to all of the terms and conditions of your respective FOCUSIT Access Application Agreement with us and these Terms of Use, FOCUSIT hereby grants to Client a non-exclusive, revocable, and limited right to access and use the FOCUSIT Application via the FOCUSIT Site in strict compliance with this Agreement (“Access Right”). Notwithstanding the foregoing Access Right, FOCUSIT also has the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any (or all) aspects of the FOCUSIT Application or the FOCUSIT Site at any time, and from time to time, including the availability of content or features provided therein. Access Right granted to Client pursuant to this Agreement will immediately terminate upon the expiration, cancellation or termination of this Agreement for any reason.

Access Right. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, RippleMatch grants to Client during the term hereof a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable and nontransferable right to access and use the Service solely for Client's internal business purposes in compliance with all applicable laws. The foregoing license includes the right for Client's employees and third-party contractors and consultants to access and use the Service solely on behalf of Client, provided that Client shall be responsible for any liabilities arising therefrom. Client may not use (or authorize the use of) the Service for any other purpose or for the benefit of any other party. This access right terminates at the end of the Subscription Period or earlier termination of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.
Access Right. ALU shall have the right to enter the premises of Service Provider during normal business hours with respect to the performance of this MSA, SOW and/or Purchase Order (i.e., audit , inspection or a quality review, etc.), subject to all rules and regulations, clearances, security regulations and procedures applicable to Service Provider’s premises. Service Provider shall provide safe and proper facilities for such purpose.
Access Right. Regarding the BCC Background IP listed in Schedule 1 as per Section 7.1.2, or any BCC Background IP not listed in Schedule 1 which was used in the performance of the Study-BE in contravention of Section 7.1.2, BCC hereby grants, and procures (where applicable) that any Collaborator grants, to KCE a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, unlimited, royalty-free and transferable Access Rights to BCC Background IP, with the right to sub-license, to the extent such BCC Background IP is needed to use the Results in accordance with the license grant in accordance with Section 9.2. KCE shall ensure that any of its sub-licensees complies with the terms and conditions of the Access Rights set forth herein.
