Electronic Account Services. Subject to and in accordance with the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Issuer hereby retains and appoints CCM to act as an agent duly authorized to act on its behalf for purposes of negotiating and executing on behalf of the Issuer an agreement with an investor and financial advisor online account and data access and service provider, DST Systems, Inc., a Delaware corporation, or their successor in CCM’s sole discretion, for the term of the Offering, (the “DST Agreement”).
