Common use of Electronic communication Clause in Contracts

Electronic communication. (a) Any communication to be made between the Agent or the Security Agent and a Lender under or in connection with the Finance Documents may be made by electronic mail or other electronic means, if the Agent, the Security Agent and the relevant Lender: (i) agree that, unless and until notified to the contrary, this is to be an accepted form of communication; (ii) notify each other in writing of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of information by that means; and (iii) notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them. (b) Any electronic communication made between the Agent and a Lender or the Security Agent will be effective only when actually received in readable form and in the case of any electronic communication made by a Lender to the Agent or the Security Agent only if it is addressed in such a manner as the Agent or Security Agent shall specify for this purpose.

Electronic communication. (a) Any communication to be made between the Agent or the Security Agent Trustee and a Lender under or in connection with the Finance Documents may be made by electronic mail or other electronic means, if the Agent, the Security Agent Trustee and the relevant Lender: (i) agree that, unless and until notified to the contrary, this is to be an accepted form of communication; (ii) notify each other in writing of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of information by that means; and (iii) notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them. (b) Any electronic communication made between the Agent and a Lender or the Security Agent Trustee will be effective only when actually received in readable form and in the case of any electronic communication made by a Lender to the Agent or the Security Agent Trustee only if it is addressed in such a manner as the Agent or Security Agent Trustee shall specify for this purpose.

(a) 29.5.1 Any communication to be made between the Agent or the Security an Agent and a Lender or between an Agent and another Agent under or in connection with the Senior Finance Documents may be made by electronic mail or other electronic means, if the Agent, the Security that Agent and the relevant LenderLender or Agent: (ia) agree that, unless and until notified to the contrary, this is to be an accepted form of communication; (iib) notify each other in writing of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of information by that means; and (iiic) notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them. (b) 29.5.2 Any electronic communication made between the an Agent and a Lender or the Security another Agent will shall be effective only when actually received in readable form and in the case of any electronic communication made by a Lender to the an Agent or the Security by an Agent to another Agent only if it is addressed in such a manner as the Agent or Security relevant Agent shall specify for this purpose.

(a) Any communication to be made between the Agent or the Security Facility Agent and a any Lender under or in connection with the Relevant Finance Documents may be made by electronic mail or other electronic means, if the Agent, the Security relevant Agent and the relevant Lender: (i) agree that, unless and until notified to the contrary, this is to be an accepted form of communication; (ii) notify each other in writing of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of information by that means; and (iii) notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them. (b) Any electronic communication made between the Facility Agent and a Lender or the Security Agent will be effective only when actually received in readable form and in the case of any electronic communication made by a Lender to the Agent or the Security Facility Agent only if it is addressed in such a manner as the Agent or Security Facility Agent shall specify for this purpose.

Electronic communication. (a) Any communication to be made between the Agent or the Security Facility Agent and a Lender under or in connection with the Finance Documents other than the Utilisation Request may be made by electronic mail or other electronic means, if the Agent, the Security Facility Agent and the relevant Lender: (i) agree that, unless and until notified to the contrary, this is to be an accepted form of communication; (ii) notify each other in writing of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of information by that means; and (iii) notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them. (b) Any electronic communication made between the Facility Agent and a Lender or the Security Agent will be effective only when actually received in readable form and in the case of any electronic communication made by a Lender to the Agent or the Security Facility Agent only if it is addressed in such a manner as the Agent or Security Facility Agent shall specify for this purpose.

Electronic communication. (aA) Any communication to be made between an Agent and another Agent, the Proceeds Agent or the Security Agent and a Lender Creditor under or in connection with the Finance Documents this Agreement may be made by electronic mail or other electronic means, if the Agent, the Security relevant Agent and the relevant Lenderor Creditor: (i) agree that, unless and until notified to the contrary, this is to be an accepted form of communication; (ii) notify each other in writing of their electronic mail address and/or any other information required to enable the sending and receipt of information by that means; and (iii) notify each other of any change to their address or any other such information supplied by them. (bB) Any electronic communication made between the an Agent and a Lender another Agent, the Proceeds Agent or the Security Agent Creditor will be effective only when actually received in readable form and in the case of any electronic communication made by a Lender Creditor or Agent to the Agent or the Security another Agent only if it is addressed in such a manner as the Agent or Security that Agent shall specify for this purpose.

(bB) Any electronic communication made between the relevant Facility Agent and a Lender or the Security Agent will be effective only when actually received in readable form and in the case of any electronic communication made by a Lender to the Agent or the Security such Facility Agent only if it is addressed in such a manner as the Agent or Security such Facility Agent shall specify for this purpose.
