Common use of Electronic Data Transmittal Clause in Contracts

Electronic Data Transmittal. Seller hereby agrees, at Seller’s cost, to electronically transmit shipping notices and/or other data to Buyer in a format acceptable to and established by Buyer upon Buyer’s request. Buyer shall provide Seller with the appropriate format and will inform Seller as to the electronic data requirements at the appropriate time.
