ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT TRANSMITTAL & COUNTERPARTS. This contract may be executed in multiple copies at different times and places, each being considered an original and binding. All facsimile / electronic transmittal/ communications relating to this transaction and which are mutually accepted by the Parties, shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable documents for the duration of the transaction.

ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT TRANSMITTAL & COUNTERPARTS. This agreement is executed in multiple copies at different times and places, each being considered an original and binding. All facsimile / electronic transmittal/communications relating to this agreement and which are mutually accepted by the Parties, shall be deemed legally binding and enforceable documents for the duration of each transaction. The following laws apply to this agreement and : 1- INCORPORATES U.S. PUBLIC LAW 106-229, ‘‘ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES IN GLOBAL AND NATIONAL COMMERCE ACT’’ OR SUCH OTHER APPLICABLE LAW CONFORMING TO THE UNCITRAL MODEL LAW ON ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES (2001) AND, 2- ELECTRONIC COMMERCE AGREEMENT (ECE/TRADE/257, GENEVA, MAY 2000) ADOPTED BY THE UNITED NATIONS CENTRE FOR TRADE FACILITATION AND ELECTRONIC BUSINESS UN/CEFACT). 3- EDT DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO EUROPEAN COMMUNITY DIRECTIVE NO. 95/46/EEC, AS APPLICABLE. EITHER PARTY MAY REQUEST HARD COPY OF ANY DOCUMENT THAT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY TRANSMITTED BY ELECTRONIC JEANS PROVIDED HOWEVER, THAT ANY SUCH REQUEST SHALL IN NO MANNER DELAY THE PARTIES FROM PERFORMING THEIR RESPECTIVE OBLIGATIONS AND DUTIES ANDER EDT INSTRUMENTS.   • Counterparts; Electronic Delivery This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Execution and delivery of this Agreement or any other documents pursuant to this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic means shall be deemed to be, and shall have the same legal effect as, execution by an original signature and delivery in person.

Each electronic signature or faxed, scanned, or photocopied manual signature shall for all purposes have the same validity, legal effect, and admissibility in evidence as an original manual signature. Each party hereto shall be entitled to conclusively rely upon, and shall have no liability with respect to, any electronic signature or faxed, scanned, or photocopied manual signature of any other party and shall have no duty to investigate, confirm or otherwise verify the validity or authenticity thereof. This Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which shall be deemed to be an original, but such counterparts shall, together, constitute only one instrument. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any notice provided for in this Agreement or any instrument required or permitted to be delivered hereunder, any party hereto receiving or relying upon such notice or instrument shall be entitled to request execution thereof by original manual signature as a condition to the effectiveness thereof.
