Electronic Fund Transfer Authorized in Advance. You may have an opportunity to stop a one-time transfer authorized in advance by calling or writing to us at least three (3) business days before the payment is scheduled to be made at 000-000-0000 or write to us at First State Bank of Bloomington, 000 X. Xxxxxxxx Xx., Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. The EFTA, however, does not obligate us to honor this request, and we do not guarantee that such a stop-payment will be made on time. Furthermore, you should realize that a one-time electronic fund transfer is irrevocable and cannot be stopped if it is scheduled to be made within three business days of our receiving of the note.
