Electronic Marking of Contracts; Possession. The Servicer shall cause the electronic record of the Contracts maintained by it to be clearly marked to indicate that the Contracts have been sold to the Issuer and shall not in any way assert or claim an ownership interest in the Contracts. It is intended that pursuant to the applicable provisions of Sections 2.04 and 2.05 hereof and the Appointment of Custodian, the Custodian on behalf of the Indenture Trustee and the Insurer shall be deemed to have possession of the Contract Documents for purposes of Section 9-305 of the UCC of the state in which the Contract Documents are located.
