Common use of Electronic Project Management Control System and Tracking Clause in Contracts

Electronic Project Management Control System and Tracking. CMR shall use TFC’s designated project management software system to correspond and maintain project related correspondence and documentation throughout the life of the Project including Project close-out and final payments. CMR will establish and maintain a numbering and tracking system for all Project records, including changes, requests for information, submittals, and supplemental instructions and provide updated records at each TFC’s meeting and at other times when requested. CMR certifies and represents that it is proficient in the use of CAD systems and the EPMCS utilized by TFC.
