Electronic Signature; Counterparts. This Contract may be executed by electronic signature in accordance with Florida law, and in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. By submitting and electronically signing this Contract, the Student and parent/legal guardian (if Student is under 18 years of age) are hereby contractually obligated for a space in Housing for the semester terms stated in this Contract. It is the responsibility of the Student to review their Housing needs and financial resources before signing this Contract. The Student understands this is a legal and binding document. The Student certifies they have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
