Common use of Electronics Industry Code of Conduct Clause in Contracts

Electronics Industry Code of Conduct. Supplier acknowledges that Applied has adopted and supports the Electronics Industry Code of Conduct, which is set forth on Applied’s Web Site as Attachment 21. Supplier acknowledges it has reviewed, complied with, and will implement this code and will use commercially reasonable efforts to encourage its Sub-tier Suppliers to implement this code.
