Codes of Conduct. Recipient warrants the following:
Codes of Conduct. The Recipient shall maintain written standards of conduct governing the performance of its employees engaged in the award and administration of contracts. No employee, officer, or agent shall participate in the selection, award, or administration of a contract supported by public grant funds if a real or apparent conflict of interest would be involved. Such a conflict would arise when the employee, officer, or agent, any member of his or her immediate family, his or her partner, or an organization which employs or is about to employ any of the parties indicated, has a financial or other interest in the firm selected for an award. The officers, employees, and agents of the Recipient shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors, or anything of monetary value from contractors or parties to subcontracts. The standards of conduct shall provide for disciplinary actions to be applied for violations of the standards by officers, employees, or agents of the Recipient.

Such a conflict would arise when the employee, officer or agent, any member of his or her immediate family, his or her partner, or an organization which employs or is about to employ any of the parties indicated, has a financial or other interest in a tangible personal benefit from a firm considered for a contract. The officers, employees and agents of Subrecipient shall neither solicit nor accept gratuities, favors or anything of monetary value from contractors or parties to subcontracts. The standards of conduct must provide for disciplinary actions to be applied for violations of the standards by officers, employees or agents of the Subrecipient. (See 2 CFR § 200.318(c)(1)) Subrecipient shall have its offices open for business, with the entrance door open to the public, and at least one employee on site at all reasonable times for business. “Reasonable” shall be construed according to circumstances, but ordinarily shall mean normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., local time, Monday through Friday.

Codes of Conduct. The Parties shall encourage:
(a) the development by trade or professional associations or organisations of codes of conduct aimed at contributing towards the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
(b) the submission to their respective competent authorities of draft codes of conduct and of any evaluations of the application of those codes of conduct.
Codes of Conduct. We are subject to and comply with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code, Minimum Competency Code and the Fitness and Probity Standards which offer protection to consumers. These codes are available on the Central Bank’s website xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xx.
Codes of Conduct. Executive agrees to carefully review, sign and fully comply with any Code of Conduct (or similar policy) of the Company either having general applicability to its employees or specifically to Executive.
Codes of Conduct. Employee agrees to comply with all of the Company’s policies and codes of conduct as it may promulgate from time to time, including those related to confidential information and intellectual property. Nothing in those policies will be deemed to modify, reduce, or waive Employee’s obligations in this Attachment II. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity, this Attachment II prevails.
Codes of Conduct a. The College’s Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct and Student Code of Conduct are available here on the College website and the BeaconNet portal. Both the Parent/ Guardian Code of Conduct and the Student Code of Conduct form part of this Agreement.
b. The Applicant acknowledges that they have read and understood the Student Code of Conduct and supports its implementation.
c. The Applicant acknowledges that they have read and understood the Parent/ Guardian Code of Conduct. It is expected that parents enter into a partnership with the College for the benefit of the Student and that they commit to the College’s values.
d. Any updates to the Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct or Student Code of Conduct will be communicated through parent newsletters.
e. In signing the Enrolment Agreement, the Applicant acknowledges that a breach of College policies or Student Code of Conduct by the Student, or breaches of the Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct by the Applicant, may lead to disciplinary action, such as suspension of the Student and/or termination of the Student’s enrolment and therefore termination of this Agreement.
Codes of Conduct. The Grantee shall maintain written standards of conduct governing the performance of its employees engaged in the award and administration of contracts in accordance with 2 C.F.R. part 200.
