Elementary Kitchen Support. When the xxxx helper is absent, an elementary kitchen support person (bargaining unit member) will be pulled from a secondary kitchen and assigned to the affected elementary kitchen. A substitute (non-bargaining unit member), if one is available, will be placed in the secondary kitchen vacancy. The elementary support person shall be paid $2.00 per hour over his/her regular hourly wage. Elementary support positions shall be offered to all eligible food service workers (i.e., individuals not currently assigned to elementary kitchens). Training will be provided. A roster of elementary kitchen support persons will be maintained. Assignments to vacancies will be rotated, beginning with the most senior individual.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Production Support Each Software Subscription comes with Standard or Premium Production Support. Red Hat only provides Production Support for the Red Hat Products and does not provide any Production Support for any underlying infrastructure or for any third party products that may be running on any servers or virtual machines.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Classrooms The Board shall be responsible for maintaining a standard of cleanliness in each teacher’s classroom.

  • Classroom Management The certificated classroom teacher demonstrates in his/her performance a competent level of knowledge and skill in organizing the physical and human elements in the educational setting.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
