ELIGIBILITY AFTER STEP INCREASE DENIAL AND SALARY REDUCTIONS. An employee who has had a step increase denied or salary reduced shall be reconsidered for a future step increase no later than six months following the denial/reduction. Any increase shall be based upon satisfactory job performance.
