Eligibility Criteria and Procedures for BDS Sub-projects. (a) No proposed BDS Sub-project shall be eligible for financing under a BDS Grant out of the proceeds of the Credit unless the BDS Grants Manager, MOTI or PSOC, as the case may be, have determined, on the basis of an appraisal conducted by the BDS Grants Manager in accordance with this Section and the guidelines set forth in the PIM and the EAP, that the proposed BDS Sub-project satisfies the eligibility criteria specified below and in more detail in the PIM and the EAP, which shall include, inter alia, the following: the proposed BDS Sub-project shall be initiated by a BDS Beneficiary which has been registered as a legal entity and has the capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Borrower, and which has met the other eligibility criteria specified in the PIM, including the BDS Beneficiary’s agreement and ability to provide a matching contribution as specified in the PIM; the BDS Beneficiary has the required technical, financial management and procurement capacity to implement the proposed BDS Sub-project in compliance with the guidelines set forth in the PIM; and the BDS Beneficiary shall be eligible to receive subsequent BDS Grants if it has completed the BDS Sub-project in the preceding Fiscal Year to the satisfaction of MOTI, in accordance with the terms of the BDS Grant Agreement.

  • Forecasting Requirements for Trunk Provisioning Within ninety (90) days of executing this Agreement, Reconex shall provide Verizon a two (2) year traffic forecast. The forecast shall be updated and provided to Verizon on an as-needed basis but no less frequently than semiannually.   • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made.
