Eligibility for Continuing Contracts. 1. A teacher who is eligible for continuing contract consideration must notify the Superintendent in writing on or before September 15th of the school year in which the teacher becomes eligible in order to be considered for issuance of a continuing contract in April of that school year. A teacher who does not notify the Superintendent on or before September 30th will not be eligible for continuing contract consideration until May of the following year.
