Common use of Eligibility for Increments Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Increments. (a) Permanent Part-time Employees shall be eligible to receive a step increment upon having completed the equivalent number of hours that a Permanent Full-time Employee in the same classification would work to receive a step increment.
