Common use of Eligibility for Part Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for Part. time Benefit Plans Academic staff members with sessional appointments shall be entitled to the benefits described in sections 23.5.3 to 23.5.5 after they have been employed at the College for the equivalent of 390 hours or more over a period of 26 consecutive weeks. (In determining hours of employment, one three-credit-hour class shall be deemed the equivalent of 208 hours.) In order for members with sessional appointments to maintain eligibility, they must work at least 780 hours in a calendar year.
