ELIGIBILITY FOR SERVICES. 1. The parties understand and agree that the County of Financial Responsibility shall have the responsibility of determining the eligibility of the person to receive Purchased Services in accordance with the plan of eligibility criteria established by applicable Minnesota Rules and federally approved state waiver plan requirements, and under MN Statute 256B.0913.
