District’s Evaluation of Consultant and Consultant’s Employees and/or Subcontractors The District may evaluate the Consultant in any way the District is entitled pursuant to applicable law. The District’s evaluation may include, without limitation:
– AWARD OF CONTRACTS II.9.1 If the beneficiary has to conclude contracts in order to carry out the action and they constitute costs of the action under an item of eligible direct costs in the estimated budget, he shall seek competitive tenders from potential contractors and award the contract to the bid offering best value for money; in doing so he shall observe the principles of transparency and equal treatment of potential contractors and shall take care to avoid any conflict of interests.
Terms and Conditions Pertaining to Individual Account Service Title Title to Firm Full-Requirements Power Supply will transfer from Competitive Supplier to Participating Customers at the Point of Sale. In accordance with the Distribution Utility's Terms and Conditions for Competitive Suppliers, the Competitive Supplier will be responsible for any and all losses incurred on the local network transmission systems and distribution systems, as determined by the Distribution Utility. Billing and Payment Unless otherwise specified in an Exhibit to this ESA, all billing under this ESA shall be based on the meter readings of each Participating Customer's meter(s) performed by the Distribution Utility. Competitive Supplier shall cause the Distribution Utility to prepare and mail bills to Participating Customers monthly. The Competitive Supplier shall adopt the billing and payment terms offered by the Distribution Utility to its Eligible Customers on Default Service. If actual meter date is unavailable, the Competitive Supplier may cause the Distribution Utility to xxxx based on its good faith estimates of usage. Any overcharge or under-charge will be accounted for in the next billing period for which actual meter data is available. Regional and Local Transmission The prices quoted in Exhibit A do not include current and future charges for distribution service costs collected by the Distribution Utility under its distribution service tariff or local transmission costs as may be imposed by NYISO or individual electric utilities that have FERC transmission tariffs. The Competitive Supplier understands that these costs will be collected by the Distribution Utility. If, in the future, Competitive Supplier becomes responsible for such distribution or transmission costs, Competitive Supplier shall be entitled to collect such costs from Participating Customers to the extent permitted by any Governmental Rules. These costs are "pass through" costs as determined by the appropriate regulatory agencies.

RESIDENCY RIGHTS NEITHER SHARABLE NOR TRANSFERABLE BY RESIDENTS Residence accommodations, including bedroom space, shared common areas (such as living rooms and bathrooms) and shared community facilities (such as floor community rooms and laundries) may only be occupied by the resident to whom the room is assigned. Residence accommodations shall not be shared with any other individual not officially assigned to that residence by UCF DHRL, and may not be sublet, assigned, or in any way transferred by the Student.
Supplementation of Compensation Award If an employee is prevented from performing the employee's regular work with the City on account of an occupational accident that is recognized by the Workers' Compensation Board as compensable within the meaning of the Workers' Compensation Act, the City will supplement the award made by the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages to the employee by such an amount that the award of the Workers' Compensation Board for loss of wages (excluding non- economic loss payment), together with the supplementation by the City, will equal 100% of the employee's regular net wage (gross pay less statutory deductions, union dues and required benefit plan contributions). The said supplementation shall not be payable to any employee entitled to compensation after pension age if such an employee is entitled to an unreduced pension as provided under the Local Authorities Pension Plan or after the full age of 65 years if such an employee is not entitled to a pension. How to Add or Remove Coverage for Family Members If your plan offers family coverage, you must notify your employer if you want to add or remove family members according to the Special Enrollment provisions described above. When adding or removing a family member, inform your employer in advance of the requested effective date and your employer will notify us. All requests must be made through your employer. We cannot directly add or remove coverage for you or your family members.
EVALUATION OF OPTIONS The County shall evaluate bids for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price of the basic period. However, the evaluation of options shall not obligate the County to exercise the option(s).
Reporting Subawards and Executive Compensation a. Reporting of first-tier subawards.
Award of Related Contracts City may undertake or award supplemental or successor contracts for work related to this Contract. The Contractor shall cooperate fully with other contractors and City in all such cases.
