Common use of Eligibility for University Housing Clause in Contracts

Eligibility for University Housing. ACADEMIC-YEAR ELIGIBILITY To be eligible to move into or live in university housing during the academic year (Autumn, Winter and Spring Quarters), you must be an enrolled student as determined by the Office of the Registrar during each quarter of occupancy, be in good academic and financial standing, and have no enrollment or housing holds. International students with enrollment holds that cannot be cleared until your arrival will not be prevented from moving into housing. If you choose not to enroll at the university, terminate your enrollment, are suspended or expelled from the university, or have a housing hold placed on your account, you must file the applicable Cancellation or Termination of Occupancy Form via Axess and vacate your residence, and return your key(s) immediately. Students auditing classes, enrolled in the Master of Liberal Arts part-time graduate program, or matriculate through the Honors Cooperative Program (part of SCPD) are not eligible for housing.
