Eligibility Requirement for Housing. a. All freshmen (First Time-In-College Students) and/or students with fewer than thirty (30) credit hours graduating from a high school more than thirty-five (35) miles from campus are required to live in University- owned or operated residential facilities. b. Students who have been admitted to the University are eligible to apply for University housing. To be considered for housing, the student must submit the application and advance payment which is effectively an agreement between the student and the University. c. Students must remain enrolled in University courses during each semester covered by the Term of this Agreement. Should a Student fail to meet this enrollment requirement, the University may cancel this Agreement and require the Student to vacate his/her assigned Space in accordance with applicable laws and University policies, regulations, or procedures.
