Eligibility Restrictions for Certain Resident Aliens. The Subrecipient agrees to abide by the provisions of 24 CFR 570.613 with respect to the eligibility restrictions for certain resident aliens. Certain newly legalized aliens, as described in 24 CFR Part 49, are not eligible to apply for benefits under covered activities funded by the programs listed in this part of the regulation. The Grantee shall provide the Subrecipient with any guidelines necessary for compliance with that portion of the regulation.
