Eligibility Screening. 7.1 INITIAL COMPLIANCE SCREENING HHSC will perform an initial screening of all applications received. Unsigned applications and applications that do not include all required forms and sections are subject to rejection without further evaluation. If the application passes the initial screening, the Applicant will be contacted by DDS staff for further instructions or actions.
