Common use of Eligibility Status Clause in Contracts

Eligibility Status. Contractor, and each tier of Subcontractors, shall certify that it is not on the List of Parties Excluded from Federal Procurement or Nonprocurement Programs promulgated in accordance with E.O.s 12549, “Debarment and Suspension”, as set forth at 24 CFR part 24.
